Throughout
the chicken processing industry there has always been
a need for a bearing which will withstand the rigours
of water, steam, alkalies, acids and other reagents
which attack either the lubricant or fabric of a bearing.
Sheedy
Bearings have achieved this with the release of the
Sheedy Bearing fitted with Fechnerplas 20 (F20). This
bearing can interchange with most of the popular sizes.
With
the continuing testing and design we are now ready to
release our HIGH STRENGTH ENGINEERING
PLASTIC CARRIER ARM and BEARING
WHEEL to interchange with the two popular tee
iron track chicken hangers.
The
Sheedy High Strength Arm and Bearing are made from high
grade reinforced Fechnerplas. The bearing wheel has
no balls or rollers to fall out and contaminate product
or to get processed into the by-products.
The
Sheedy High Strength Carrier Arm and Bearing has been
tested and proven to out-perform the other plastic arms
and wheels.
All
of the Sheedy Bearings are designed and manufactured
in Australia to suit the most hazardous conditions that
this great continent can present us with.
